Things Couples Often Ask
Do both partners need to attend the sessions?
For the Money-Talk Session and Partners Planning Programme, we strongly encourage both partners to join together — the content is built around shared participation. The Toolkit can be explored individually, though it works best when both partners engage with the materials.
Is this financial advice or investment guidance?
No. Florinora provides general financial education and communication tools — not personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial services. We help couples learn to talk about money clearly; we do not manage funds or provide investment strategies.
How long is each programme?
The Money-Talk Session runs for approximately two hours. The Toolkit is self-paced with community access on an ongoing basis. The Partners Planning Programme spans multiple sessions over several weeks — full details are shared during the enrolment conversation.
Are sessions conducted in-person or online?
We offer both options. In-person sessions take place at our Alor Setar location. Online sessions are available via video call for couples who are not based in Kedah or prefer the comfort of home.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling is welcome with at least 48 hours' notice at no extra charge. For cancellations, please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details on our policy. We aim to be as flexible as life allows.
Do you offer sessions in Bahasa Malaysia?
Currently our primary delivery language is English. We understand both languages are used widely in Kedah, and our facilitators are happy to clarify concepts bilingually during sessions. Please mention your preference when you get in touch.
